What to Expect

Many who are new to the idea and practice of meditation and mindfulness simply don’t where to start. It can seem like a daunting task. We have created this Meditation Workshop to help open the door at a very basic level. Become empowered to experience the benefits that come from the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
